Poly VVX Phone Reset

This article provides instruction, how to perform a phone reset on the Poly VVX dial pad, with a multiple key combination. The phone reset will allow the phone to update its configuration, and download new software, if available on the provisioning server.

Solution

1. From the keypad, press and hold the keys, 0, 1, and 3, simultaneously, until you hear a confirmation tone (for about three seconds).
   
2. Release the keys, and allow the phone to reset.
